I am creating a public hate site against L&T - ECC division which has constructed South City residential project at South Bangalore. The project was ambitious to provide housing for more than 2000 families in high rise building in 35 Acre of land. The project started in nineties and went on in phases and as of today, (Aug 2008) construction is still on.
During the phased construction, L&T cheated thousand of buyers by hiding the fact that 9 acre park which is displayed in the model , flyers, brochure, web-site etc was a public park. L&T went on using the park for their marketing benefits, kept the fact hidden till the project came to completion and harassed the residents by poor maintenance, and even by stopping the water supply for many days to come.
Now, when the 9 acre park along with the 60 ft road is officially being taken out from the community, many of us are shocked and felt cheated. Our association failed to protect us and we failed to unite ourselves and fight for our rights.
This blog will be for those who hates L&T and want to expose their misdeeds to the world. Please go ahead and make your comments heard.
